Awareness Program on “Stress Management Techniques for School Students”
Rotary Club of Patan conducted an awareness programme on “Stress Management Techniques for School Students” on 23 September 2026 at Mahendra Adarsha School.
The session was facilitated by Rtn. Lalita Thapa, Past President of Rotary Club of Patan, who shared practical techniques to help students understand and manage stress in their daily lives. The programme focused on identifying common causes of stress among school students and encouraged them to develop healthy ways of coping with academic pressure, emotional challenges and everyday responsibilities.
Students actively participated in the interactive session and learned simple techniques such as maintaining a positive mindset, effective time management, relaxation practices, proper sleep, physical activity and open communication with parents, teachers and trusted individuals.
